Welcome to the most informative and friendly group of riders in the
world. I believe this will help you...
The orange wire is not used with the replacement rectifier. Match up the
yellow, reds, and greens to blacks.
I got one of Rick's regulator-rectifiers, and it works great. Also, I bought longer
mounting screws because the stock ones did not quite fit the new unit.
